Axlor is an AI-powered regulatory intelligence platform that monitors, classifies, and delivers regulatory signals from government agencies and regulatory bodies, personalized to your industry. The Service is intended for use by compliance professionals, legal teams, and regulated businesses.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


4. Account Registration

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Axlor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The information provided by Axlor is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Regulatory signals, classifications, and summaries generated by our AI are provided as a convenience tool to assist compliance professionals. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for compliance decisions.

8. Subscription and Payment

Beta and Early Access

During the beta period, access to the Service may be provided free of charge or at discounted "design-partner" pricing as communicated to you at sign-up.

Paid Plans

When paid plans are introduced:

  • Fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

9. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.


10. Data Accuracy

Axlor uses AI models to classify and summarize regulatory content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

  • All regulatory sources are captured or complete
  • AI classifications are free from error
  • Signals are delivered in real-time without delay
  • The Service reflects the most current regulatory developments at all times

Always verify important regulatory changes directly with the issuing authority.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axlor Labs, Inc. and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any reliance on regulatory signals, classifications, or summaries provided by the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments.


12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axlor Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.


15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axlor Labs, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
